so i was thinking about Raindeer Mix/ Puppy Chow. and i think i wanna practice making some for santa sometime. So i think someone should give me the Recipe. I would look it up on line, but i would really like someone to pass it on to me from one generation to the next .D (did i mention i crack myself up)

Hi girls!! So I am going to go ahead and make an unofficial post notifying all you lovely ladies that the Clark Girl's Christmas gathering at the cabin is scheduled for the first weekend of December, which is the 3rd, 4th & 5th. SO get excited!! We need to come up with some new fun ideas for this years get-together, so get your thinking caps on!

I am so excited to see it slowly turning to fall. We had an absolutely beautiful day for Will & Ann's wedding and all the days since have been fabulous too. This weekend Jake and I spent Friday night out on the back porch with a bonfire, tater tots and drinking. Quite the combo, but it served us well. Saturday evening we went to another beautiful wedding and danced the night away. I couldn't not have had anymore fun since my hubby ended up on the dance floor, and I'm not talking for just a slow song. He was dancing his little heart out right there with me! I was giggling with joy. Sunday morning we got up and went to see "Going the Distance" with Drew Barrymore and Justin Long. It was very funny and super cute. Good soundtrack too. And I found out that my bff had finally been proposed to! So, Megan and Kevin are officially engaged! YAY! So a big congratulations to them! Later in the afternoon we headed over to the Brownlee's to celebrate Eli's birthday which was a huge success!

I had the day off yesterday and mostly hung around the house. Jake and I booked plane tickets to go to Universal the 3rd weekend in October so that's exciting. Jake is out of town today and tomorrow in Wisconsin learning about a new product through their supplier. So it's just me and the dogs! I work all day today and tomorrow so they are going to be pretty lonely, but my fabulous mother in law is going to check in on them for me during the day. They like it when Jake is out of town though because they get to sleep in bed with their lonely mom. Oh, tomorrow is National Neonatal Nurse day and we have been having staff appreciation all week. So, today we had lunch catered by Moe's Mexican Grille, which is delicious! And tomorrow I get to have Jimmy John's catering. And it doesn't stop there, we are supposed to have something on Saturday too! But I guess I will just have to wait and be surprised. I love getting a free lunch and it is almost always better than what I brought for myself. Well, that's all that's going on in my life these days. I get excited about free food. Anyway! I'm doing fine over her in good old Carmel Indiana. Sitting in my cubicle. Typing. I was just thinking about how beautiful Ann + Wills wedding was and how much fun the reception was and how nice Buckaroo Boot Co. looked! The dance floor was awesome! Ann's dress was beautiful and I loved Teter! Oh and the weather was glorious. Did everyone see the video Tom made? It was so good to see the Luddy family and Laura and her girls and Hunter. I keep thinking about those two on their Honeymoon! How fun! I hope they take lots of pictures!

The Tipton Pork Fest is this weekend, anyone going? Lee Greenwood is performing on Friday Night. I have never been to the Pork Fest. We are thinking of going but I bet we don't Kayla has a meet on Saturday morning EARLY!

Ronnie Milsap is going to be at the Anderson Raceway Park in December if anyone wants to go. I love Ronnie Milsap and am so excited to go see him! We all watched Coal Miners Daughter last Saturday Night. It was so much fun. Did you know you can go tour Loretta Lynn's Ranch? I want to go do that! And i want to got to the Grand Old Opry, Country Music Hall of Fame and Dollywood. I need a camper so I can go see the world! With Mike and Kelly painted on the back. Not even kidding.

I watched For love of the Game with Kevin Costner the other night and he looks so much like John Buis.
I secretly wish I didn't have a TV or a cell phone. I know it's wrong, but I do. Oh, and a computer too. And credit cards, YUCK! And a car.
I consider them all to be things that are meant to make your life easier but only complicate your life.

Just incase I forget to mention it with all the upcoming activities, there will be a Party On Our Porch this Friday Night! Come early, come late, just make sure you come. The rehersal dinner should be over by 9 or 9:30 but the bar will be set and the music on anytime after 6pm. Just think of this as the warm-up event to the wedding! See you all there, and Mike, don't forget your guitar!

And T minus 8 days and counting until the wedding of the year! I absolutely can hardly stand it, and it's not even my wedding. I realized this morning that I think I am more excited for Ann than for Will. Which is probably slightly wrong, but I guess my excitement for Ann just proves how lucky he is to have her!
Anyway summer is almost officially over and I think that is cause for some more blogging! Where has everyone been and what have you been up to? My summer has mostly consisted of working, with all kinds of fun things on the side. We said goodbye to Jakes bros who headed back to school. Matthew is still diving at LSU and Noah won Men's Nationals for his waterskiing. He is hoping to be skiing pro in the next month! I'm so proud of both of them. Jake has been pretty obsessed with his bow and arrow lately. I blame both Will and Noah, who also recently got new bows. The good thing about it is it guarantees more weekends at the cabin, which I could never complain about.
This was also the summer of the showers! Let's see, I went to 3 baby showers (2 of which I hosted, the other was out of town), and I think 5 bridal showers (2 of which I hosted). I honestly don't know where I got the hosting bug from ;)
I went whitewater rafting, skydiving, floated down the white river numerous times and even managed to see all my Nashville friends a few times. I have also been doing a lot of shopping, what with all the showers and needing outfits for the showers. Spending time with my pups who pretty much I can't even describe how much I love them, they are so stinking adorable. Oh, I've also seen a few movies, which I am behind in reviewing for you, but too late now since a lot of them are already out of the theater. You can go see avatar again though, it is re-released if the first edition just wasn't long enough for you. I've actually been so busy that I haven't been to the gym In a month (or maybe thats just because I'm lazy) and I am two issues behind on my InStyle magazine, by the time I get to flip through them I'm sure it will be out of style.
I think I am ready for fall. I just love boots, scarves and hoodies. I do need new Uggs this year, I think wearing the same ones a for a 4th season just won't cut it. They can become my cabin uggs or something. Even though summer was super hot and muggy I will miss all the amazing fresh fruit and the farmers markets. Oh, and lazy days by the pool, which I definitely did not get enough of.
Anyway I look forward to seeing everyone at the wedding festivities! Ciao!

I just love this song. It is so beautiful, it is hard to realize it is kind of morbid. Reminds me a lot of the Brad Baisley Whiskey Lullaby song. This band has only released and EP but I hope they have a full length album out soon because i am OBSESSED!

Oh, I do have a little problem with every single person's hair in this vid, but that is minor, compared to the beautiful melodies. They bandmates are siblings!

Supposedly this guy lives in Yosemite and just lives off his land. He grows everything he needs (I'm guessing this includes some grass) and just hangs out in his little cabin out there and he frequently sees rainbows off his front porch, but this one topped it all. His emotional ride is HYSTERICAL! Let's just say he is very enthusiastic!

I hope you are feeling better after your tumble down the stairs. You know you don't have to act like Hick just because you look like her! But I wouldn't mind if you were put on the injured reserve list for soccer and the Bees might have to play without you on Labor Day and you could come to Indiana?? We are on the big wedding count down, I can't wait to have MOST the Clark Girls all together!! Everyone needs to plan on a party on my deck Friday night after the rehearsal dinner. Let the fun begin.

it has been a jolly three weeks in France (and Monaco and Italy) for me. but i am ready to come home. i just have so much waiting for me .)
my family, my Kyndrick, back to school shopping, chocolate chip cookies, work, school... getting my braces off.

i mean it is kinda stressing me out! but i am trying really hard not to be stressed out, because i am a crazy stressed out person, so i need to drink lots of Chamomile tea in the next few days. But i did just order Tom's much to my Utter delight. but i am sooo afraid i will hate them... but it seems like they have a good exchange program... but hopefully it wont come to that. oh i am ready to be home. i am tired. i dont think i could ever live away from all my family, because what would be the point! you all are just so much fun .) i would love to be able to, but i think because i already have estranged side of my family i dont want to loose what connection i have to my... non-estrainged family. haha if that makes any sense. it really is lovely here. maybe some day some one can get really really super rich and can buy us all a vacation house, and plane tickets, down here near where Johnny Depp lives .)

well today we went to nice. and we took the bus. i the bus was almost the end of me. i was extremely motion sick. it was awesome. i mean for real. i love cars. they put me to sleep. but there is something about public buses... maybe it is because at first we were standing... and then we were sitting... and i was sitting in a rear facing seat... i was so sick the person behind me got up and i had to steal the seat it was awesome. blahhh. at least it wasnt hot out today. it was a very nice temperature. but it rained. not that rain is bad. but when you are trying to shop it can get in the way a little bit.

tomorrow is my first plane ride alone ever .) how exciting lets all cross our fingers and hope i dont get lost!

saturday sounds good to me, i love steak n shake cause i can get dinner food in the morning.

I have decided that this is pretty much the only decent way to start off a Monday.

I think we need a Saturday Morning Clark Girls Gathering to hear all about Steph's Really Awsome Adventure in France??? Petie Chew or breakfast crepes in my kitchen - oh sorry Tor, I think you will be working. Just put some of that Hello Kitty Chap Stick on your pout and you'll feel better.
And don't forget Will and Ann's Outdoor Shower on Thursday at Castino's. With the whole invitation confusion, I keep forgetting. I'm still trying to come up with a clever Outdoor Gift. this is the new smart car that everyone has. isnt it adorable.

Oh it's the little things that mean the most. All my entire life I have wanted an hourglass. Not just any hourglass but a red sand hourglass like the one on the Wizard of Oz, because that is absolutely the only way to go. And what do i spy with my little eye when I walked into HomeGoods tonight? Yes! A red sand hourglass! Could it be? I jumped for joy and luckily I had the love of my life there to share my little special moment with, and yes, he agreed I absolutely had to have the red one even if it didn't match a single thing in our house, I needed to stay true to my dream and not settle for a more matchy-match color. So for $16.99 it was mine all mine and now I can check that off my list of things I am always searching for. I love checking things off lists, most especially red sand hourglasses :)

aren't they precious? i love them. I would have bought i french barbie... but there wasn't one. so i settled with the Russian Barbie. and i was going to buy this adorable cow! but it turned out he was a puppet, and he mooed... so i got a raccoon. because i love raccoons, and who has a stuffed animal raccoon? No one i no. i also bought some new Jasmin pants. these ones are gray and and made out of like... yoga pants material. i got them at a sporting goods store. i spent lots of money. barbie was 40 euros... oh well. she is pretty. and i am going to tey my VERY best to keep her in her box. i love her fur muff and fur hat. and her red lips. but i think she should have dark curly hair. because she is supposed to be russian, duhhh. they had a italian barbie, but i didn't like her as much. Tomorrow we go to Italy! we are going to get italian ice cream! ans i will hopefully find a cute back to school dress. and a cute stupid senior dress. stupid senior pictures.

it is a raining today. how beautiful. we were going to hit Italy today, i am sure glad we decided to go tomorrow.

last night we got all gussied up and hit... Antibes, it's near Cannes. and we went to this bar called Pom Pom where they had some crazy lights and dancers and music and it was awesome! i imagined it would be something you would find in new orleans. which makes sense because Louisiana is French based... well anyway. it was me, Julie, Julie's older sister Melanie, and Melanie's friend whose name i cant remember... but i cant spell it anyway so it doesn't matter. and so we all got something to drink... Julie got some wierd Banana drink that was pretty but tasted... not so pretty. melanie got a Gin Fizz, hers was by far the prettiest. and Mel's friend and i got Margaritas. I thought 1) hay! tori likes these! 2) its frozen! and its really hot! 3) there are too many choices. well Tequila is a powerful substance. and these drinks were STRONG, so i was feeling a little... silly. so i decided i needed food. but the Pom Pom only has alcohol and ice cream!? really really! but the ice cream looked magical. but i knew that ice cream with my margarita was a bad bad idea... so i payed my 12,90 euros and got the hell outta dodge ') (insert giggle here) so i made us go get fries because i needed them. and lucky enough there was a place near the club we were going to! so Julie and i split thing of french fries. but then there was the picture of the delectable cheese burger staring me in the face... so i said julie i need that burger. so i went to get it. i ordered it. she took my card. my card was denied!? its a good thing Melanie came to check on me and paid the 2,50 for me... i payed her back this morning .) but let me tell you. Burgers and Fries just taste sooo good in france. and they make me happy. im sorry i cant help it. i was told i was a true american .)))) great. i cant help it. i just love a good buger. after that i felt much less tilty. so we went into the club. where the meanie guy who lets people in, cut me off! and i was in back, so i got seprated! i was like im with them! im american! help! Julie!!! haha and they let me in .) the club was very cute but kinda boring... idk. it was okay. i was more interested in watching other people so i kept getting in trouble for not dancing. i cant help that i find it much more entertaining to watch other people dance then for me to dance myself. and my shoes were Hurting my feet. and i understand why clubs in america you have to be like over 21, because teenagers really are annoying. they really weren't annoying but if i was older and i went to a club and it was filled with like 17 year olds, i would be annoyed. there was a 2.500 euro bottle of champaign? i think it was!!! CRAZY! and a bottle of gray goose was like... 180 or something. 5 euros for a coke. it was funny. well that is all i can think of! i hope you enjoy my crazy adventures of last night! and i hope its not inappropriate? i decided it wasn't... but you never know.

Hi! It's me Tori! I know it has been way too long. But I have been oh so busy. I have been entertaining friends, visiting friends hanging out with friends. You get the jist. I went whitewater rafting just east of Chatanooga. It was fuuun. I also bought new Hello Kitty chapsticks. I didn't think I was too old for it and my mom agreed. It is now hanging from my badge that I have to wear to work so I can brainwash all my babies into loving hello kitty. It is bubblegum flavored, but it kind of tastes like banana. Anyway, my mom and me and mick and Shelby went to see Salt last night. It was good, not great, but good. We had giant bags of popcorn for dinner and 2liters of cokes. It was amazing. I almost wished I had also gotten milk duds, but that may have been over the top. We also shopped and I tried on some dresses at VonMaur. Two very goood rehearsal dinner potential dresses. The one i really like is a cream color so I don't know when else I could wear it? Definitely not to a wedding. So it is a conundrum, because it is more exepensive than the second option but it is definitely cuter! Such a tough choice. Good thing I have a few weeks left to decide. Jake is out of town! He should be back tonight, but has been gone since last Saturday so I definitely miss him. He went to OshKosh, which is an airshow, but I don't really know why you need to go there for a week, but what do I know.

Oh! I also got this amazing new juicy purse! it was awesome. And it is small! Which is abnormal for me! I also convinced my mom to buy an awesome new purse as well! Hers is Brighton and just what she has been looking for. I texted Jake to thank him for the anniversary gift! He just loves it when I pick things out and buy them for myself. And I love doing it! I always get just what I want!

Anyway, what has everyone been up to this summer??

Oh! And I am going skydiving next Friday!! FUUUUUN!

We went to Monaco today! but it is Sunday so nothing is open. but that is okay. it was still beautiful! we ate at McDonalds for lunch! yippie! haha. and Julie and i were going to eat dinner with one of her friends but 1) her friend ended up not being able to come and 2) julie and i were still FULL from lunch. so we are going to go some other night. lots of English is in my brain! i need to get it out and start thinking FRENCH! .) but i bought Birkenstocks! they purple! but i think i want some just like regular Burks now to! idk maybe when we go back to Nice and have time ill try on the regular ones and see if i likey. Monte Carlo Monaco is really Beautiful! it is where the One james bond movie was done, ya know the one names Monte Carlo!? and the Formula 1 race. and yeah. it is pretty. PIerre was like Americans really like this place. and Julie was like well i really like this place. and it made me giggle. and did you know that Monaco is its own country. but they still speak french. and that Grace Kelly was Princess of there. and lets see. what else can i tell all you fine folks. OH that at the McDonalds a Pigeon got inside!!! it was AWESOME. but then it flew over my head and that did not make me to happy. but oh well. these is a picture of the Pigeon in MD's on facebook if you wanna see. okay well. i cant think, it is 00:09 and we are waking up at 9:05 to go to the Beach! AHHHH! we haver been sleeping till like 11:45... oh well. it will be good for us. and we are just going to the beach so we can sleep there.

I am sick! well not really. just allergies or a cold or sinus infection or something. But in my dream last night i had to go to the doctors. and they told me i couldn't eat for a week. yup. awesome. maybe that is how i will get better, by not eating. hahaha NOT. that will make me SICK SICK SICK. but anyway. i hate blowing my nose. it sucks. Haha I just squirted medicine up my nose. Yippie. and i guess it is like made of sea water Yippie Kiia Ahyyyy! haha. I am hungry. i hope lunch is soon .)

last night we were going to go see Inception but tickets were sold out. but i decided that was fine by me because it was going to be in French and i did not really dig that too much. so we went to Finacchio (not sure how to spell) and i got a Nutella Crepe. we were walking the VERY long walk back to the car and a rat ran across the sidewalk! it was great! we had taken the above ground subway thing to the ice cream store but then we were like 10 min early for the subway thing so we started walking and we just ended up walking all the way to the car. tonight i think we are going to a Club... blahhh. and i do not have3 appropriate shoes hehehehehe and i probably do not have appropriate clothing attire either! so idk what im going to do about that problem!! not go?? sounds fine to me!!!!! i am not liking living out of my suitcases it is to hard and confusing on my head. but i am going to blame it on the fact that this stupid like puffy futon cover is always trying to eat my stuff... i really need new sandals. bad bad bad. my poor huaraches... and i do not get to do my own laundry... which is really really strange. i have always done my own laundry... i cant really think of anything else to tell you...

i wrote that earlier today! but now for more.

as of now we are not going to go to a club! because Melanie (julies sister) and her friends decided to go next week which it fine by me because i am tired. but we are going to go out to eat with Julies friends. but i am not going to be able to understand anyone i am guessing because there will be like 6-10 of us or something and Julie wont care to speak english...
i did buy THREE NEW PAIRS OF SHOES THOUGH!!!!!! and one pair was 50% off and one 40%! i am not sure how much i like the first black pair... but they would have been perfect for my outfit tonight... oh well. the two black ones are heels and the brown ones are sandals. and the cute black ones in the middle and the end brown ones are Genuine Leather (dessus et semelle interieure) so i think they will last forever because they are nice and not CHEAP.

Brad Pitt finally shaved off that nasty beard he's been sporting in some form or another for the last two years! Hallelujah, hot Brad is back!
