Maybe this is an unfortunate shot but I do believe that it's time for K-Rock to just shave his ever-lovin' head. Please! And Sheryl Crow need to update her look to suit her age. I know, I know, Pot, meet Kettle. I'm just sayin'....This was at the CMT Awards last night which I missed because I was watching The Myth (again) I had to watch the out takes! And then I watched the Simpsons Movie which is really dumb.

Hey-o! I know it is only Wednesday, but I am jonesing for the weekend. I have been working so much I feel like a bad wife! I don't get off until 8, so if I actually get off on time I am home by 830! This wouldn't be so bad if Jake didn't go to bed around 930 so he can get up at 5! Plus, he apparently can't make his own dinner ;) Anyway, today is my last scheduled day at work! My last official day isn't until next friday, but I don't have any days scheduled and I think I'll survive if I don't! I have studying and packing to keep me plenty busy. It is has been so hot and muggy in nashville. Even our windows have been covered in condensation. Blah. The best part about working at the hospital while you are moving is all the free boxes! I have about a gillion boxes so far, but figure I will probably need a few more.

I want to go to the drive in this weekend, but last weekend they weren't playing anything good. Although I'm not sure this week will be any better. The proposal comes out with Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds, which I want to see, but I am so sick and tired of the stupid trailer. I swear I have seen it at before every movie I have seen since December. I am not kidding. So much over kill it makes me not want to see it.

Low income students who play their cards right may end up with a free college education.

The new stimulus package signed into law by President Obama on Tuesday includes a provision that boosts the Pell Grant maximum to limits that cover, or nearly cover, the tuition and fees charged by a number of public colleges.

Based upon figures provided by the College Board, the average tuition and fees at a 4-year public college for 2008-09 were $6,585 per year, with most schools falling between $3,000 and $6,000 a year.

The Pell Grant, which provides federal funding to students from families making less than $30,000 a year, has been raised to a maximum of $5,350 per year with the passing of this stimulus bill.

In San Marcos, Texas at the University there is a small museum. It's a Lonesome Dove Museum and a lot of the props from the movie are there. The sign is there, some costumes are there and the mummy is there. I would like to go there and see that stuff. And then I think..why? And when I try to put into words why it even matters I can only describe Lonesome Dove as being about all the things I love.
