You might think this is a picture of Mick smiling with glee at having just passed a grueling hour and a half Q&A for his Eagle Scout Board of Review...but it's really him making a snow angel on a glacier and Moose Hunting in Glacier National Park. He was so handsome in his freshly pressed scout uniform, it's hard to believe he's been working towards this day for 9 years. His project is complete, he passed the review, now all we have to wait for is his promotion to Eagle Rank to be approved by the National Board in Texas - that takes about 2 weeks. So you will soon be receiving an invitation to his Court of Honor!! Hip Hip Hooray for Mick!!! It was so cute today as he was preparing for some of the questions he might be asked, there was much discussion on the question of "What is your worst quality". The best we could come up with was that he leaves is dirty boxers on the bathroom floor for Tori, he doesn't eat vegetable because he thinks they taste like chlorophyll, and he hates it when his fingers are prunny. Luckily, they didn't ask that question. Thanks to all who helped Mick with his project and recommendations. It's been a family affair and we'll be all puffed up with pride at the ceremony. He has to be the coolest Boy Scout ever, don't ya think??
