Upon Request

Let's see, at dinner I had everything from steak, fillet Mignon, lobster, shrimp, ceasar salads, soups, amazing dinner rolls, chicken (absolutely delish!), and they have this amazing dessert call warm chocolate melting cake. if you have ever made that recipe from kiki where you make the chocolate cake in the microwave it is kinda like that. it is essentially really gooey and chocolately and very warmish topped off with a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream. They also have creme brule, cheescake, etc etc. Very yummy. Breakfast was your usual fare, eggs, hash browns, toast, french toast, all at a buffet or you can eat at the restaraunt. The lunch was buffet. Lots of different things everyday. The best was the mexi food. I often just at chips and salsa or a quesadilla or whatevs. yummy. The margs were kinda disappointing though, but the daquiris were good. I have a pink souvenir cup.

Karaoke was amazing. Some of the classic peeps included a redneck singing amazed by lonestar with a truly awful voice (buthe had nooooo idea) and an extremely exagerrated redneck accent (I will have to demonstrate in person). There was this one guy who blew a Frank Sinatra song out of the water, it was perfect. We fell in love with this old guy named Charles who was also an old timey crooner. He dedicated a song to his wife who "left me to play the poker in the casino-- but she's heard me sing a million times". So cute, she came back and gave him a hug. We were his biggest cheering section so he gave us a shout-out during his last song, winking and pointing at us. We got a big wave before he left. Lot's of drunk people just screwing around on stage. i think the awful people are soooo entertaining, and of course everyone eggs it on by cheering for them. There was a wasted guy who went by "beef" who could not get it under control! Hilarious. Stephanie sang Journey "Don't stop believing" after having 2 LIT's (long island icetea), 2 shots of tequila, a glass of wine and a few random sips of other drinks. It was great, a real crowd pleaser. I sang Paramore "Crush Crush Crush" which is a rock song, the crowd needed to be perked up. I also may have had a little to drink, but i had more after haha. You can see a ton more pics on facebook.
