See the buildings far off in the distance?
That is their farm house and barn.
This land is where they grow wheat grass.
This is not the ranch where they live.
This picture makes my heart leap.
I want to ride a horse across the pasture at a fast gallop and when I get to the barn I will make a fast stop by pulling back on the reins and saying something like whooooaaaa! And then I will jump off athletically and a cloud of red dust will billow around us. I forgot to mention the sound of beating horse hooves as we gallop, and the wind on my face.
That's as far as I got.
Why do I think I'm a cowgirl? I'm nothing like a cowgirl. But I have the heart of a cowgirl and I don't know why.
