It's a mexican dish and it's basically fermented corn. The pictures are too gross to show you. too gross. should I? I can't, it's foul, it's vile. I won't. But be aware it's out there. steer clear. heinous.

    It's actually a corn fungus and can be called Mexican Truffle so be careful. Or sometimes it's called smut. not kidding.

    ok i am grossed out. this is what it said next to one of the pics:
